I hate writing this self-promotion stuff! However, a few facts you can edit at will –
I have over thirty years experience working within the design industry:
As an architect I’ve collaborated on a huge number of design projects from airports and offices, galleries and private houses in the UK and abroad. I’ve created spaces and objects over a variety of scales: from taps to transportation hubs; timber houses brought into a World Heritage site in Brazil by boat; an airstream motel in Mississippi.
Created an award winning solar powered chandelier
Written about design and architecture for a number of UK and Australian magazines (Weekend FT, Blueprint, Monument, Vogue Living Australia)
Written a book about materials, The Surface Texture Book published by Thames and Hudson in UK and Abrams in USA 2005
Currently a Teaching Fellow at the University of Bath, tutoring undergraduate 3rd and 4th year architecture students.
