Bio

I’m a London-based service designer with a strong background in both industrial and service design. My career journey has equipped me with a rich skill set rooted in design thinking, and I’ve dedicated much of my practice to driving innovation in product service systems across diverse industries. I have a Master’s degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor’s degree in industrial design.
In the past year, I’ve expanded my horizons beyond my professional role at frog London. I’ve been a guest lecturer at Beijing University, where I had the privilege of teaching “Speculative Design and Responsibility” to a cohort of 30 graphic design students, emphasising the critical intersection of design and responsibility. I recently had the honour of teaching a two-week course on design thinking to 70 high school and undergraduate students from the UAE, guiding them through the entire creative process. Beyond academia, I’ve also advocated for design-led approaches to innovation, speaking at Huawei’s Tech4Good accelerator camp and the Indian Institute of Management, where I shared insights on applying design thinking in entrepreneurship and innovation. These opportunities have further enriched my perspective and reinforced my passion for fostering creativity and innovation in the next generation of designers.
